If you do not receive your item within 60 days from shipment, we will refund you in full — and you may keep the item when it eventually arrives.

Who delivers my item?
Your items are delivered through your local postal service and/or partnered last-mile carriers.

Items are delivered according to the terms and schedules of your local postal service.
Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.
What happens if no one is home?
If the parcel is small enough, it may be left in your mailbox.
Otherwise, it will be available for pickup at your local post office or designated pickup point.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll update your details: info@omni-toy.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to modify the address (see our Terms of Service).
Undeliverable parcels may be returned to sender per carrier policy.
Is your site secure?
Absolutely. Our entire site runs over HTTPS.
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, leading standards for secure online transactions.
What are the payment methods?
We currently accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.
We do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
What if I’m not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 14-day “Satisfied or Refunded” guarantee from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
